Les missiles survolent le Taïwan mais pas tombés sur l'île, donc la trajectoire fait que quand les missiles sont au dessus de l'île ils sont à plus de 80km du sol. Je doute qu'avec ce que le Taïwan a acheté ils arrivent à faire quoi que ce soit.

D'ailleurs le MoD taïwanais s'est aussi justifié de leur "non action" pour la même raison :

Il faut que je t'avoue quelque chose : pour moi, cette "fameuse" phrase "勿谓言之不预", c'est du chinois  !

Mais bon, je comprends que l'objectif était d'inciter à regarder par soi-même, et de fait c'est réussi, j'ai été voir 

"Ne dis pas que c'est imprévisible" est le terme diplomatique de la République populaire de Chine

Pour moi la bonne traduction est plutôt "Vous êtes maintenant prévenus", mais tu sais, suis mauvais en langues alors....

Première contradiction entre l'info taïwanaise et chinoise, si l'on croit à la déclaration chinoise, il y a bien des missiles balistiques chinois qui ont survolés l'île, alors que le texte du MoD taïwanais (https://www.mnd.gov.tw/Publish.aspx?p=80172&title=國防消息&SelectStyle=新聞稿) laisse penser qu'aucun missile n'ait survolé l'île.

Enfin, la fameuse phrase "勿谓言之不预" a été prononcée officiellement par la porte-paroles des affaires étragères chinoise vis à vis des Etats Unis. La suite s'annonce maintenant très intéressante...

Cette phrase avait déjà été utilisée (entre autres) en 1962, 1967 et 1978.
